In the first half of the 18th century, Count. George Olivier von Wallis built the Mansion in all its grandeur along with numerous outbuildings, stables, grand gardens and Officer’s Courts in Pławnica. The three-storey Mansion fell into ruin in 1815 until it was finally destroyed in 1825.
Only the Officers Court and some of the outbuildings still survive today. In 1971, the decision was made by the provincial conservator of monuments to enter the site into the register of monuments and it is now a place of "historical value".
The Officers Court is a three-storey stone building, erected on a square-like plan, covered with a mansard roof with later built, and then destroyed again, dormer windows. Stylistically, the building refers to ancient Roman villas.
The façade is three-axis with a centrally located main entrance. The building's façades have retained their frame divisions, a prominent crowning cornice and ear framing of window openings. In two rooms of the ground floor there are barrel vaults. Former court buildings adjoin the main building from the south and west.
